Kunal Kohli’s career began as a host on a Zee TV show “Chalo Cinema” reviewed the box office performance of Bollywood movies. Meanwhile, he got a few lucky breaks to direct the music videos for a few albums of Bally Sagoo, Bali Brahmabhatt, Shaimak Davar and Hema Sardesai. But destiny had bigger plans for Kunal who then, joined the Yash Chopra camp as a director. He has worked on three of their projects with the first one being “Mujhse dosti karoge” starring Rani Mukherjee, Kareena Kapoor and Hrithik Roshan which released in 2002. The movie bombed at the box office but Chopra camp’s faith in him did not. Year 2004 saw him return with “Hum Tum” which became one of the biggest hits of the year and won five Filmfare awards. Kunal himself received the award for the best director defeating his own mentor Yash Chopra. Controversies did not escape his next movie “Fanaa” as the movie got banned in Gujarat due to protest against the lead man of the movie. But such hiccups did not affect the money spinning capacity of the movie and became a huge hit. His upcoming project includes “Thoda pyaar thoda magic” starring the “Hum Tum” combination of Saif Ali Khan and Rani Mukherjee. The movie is slated to release in 2008.

krishna Upen Patel was born in India on 16th August 1980 but has been brought up in United Kingdom. He is a computer science graduate from Hertfordshire. He started out as a model for numerous brands like Hugo Voss, Paul Smith and Zegna but the desire to make an entry into Bollywood inspired him to shift to the music video industry where he featured in the video of a remix song alongside the female actor, “Udita Goswami”. His next venture, “Namastey London” was a huge hit and though his role was a supporting one in the movie but the success of the movie can equally be attributed to Upen as well. His only movie till date as the lead “Shakalaka Boom Boom” did not boom and was declared a flop. His upcoming projects include “Money hai to honey hai” which is slated to release later this year. Upen has won the IIFA best newcomer award in 2007 for his movies “36 China Town” and “Namastey London”.
