Bollywood Figure Yash Chopra is a writer, director and producer of bollywood movies, having a distinct identity in the Indian film industry. Life Born in Lahore (Pakistan) in a Punjabi family on 27th September 1932, Yash Chopra was the youngest child of the Vilayati Raj family. In the initial stage of his film carrier he worked as an Assistant Director to I S Johar and then he worked for his, journalist turned director brother B R Chopra. He made his directorial debut with the film ‘Dhool Ka Phool’ in 1959.Under the banner of BR Films he has credit of producing some thematic movies that always hit the prevalent social problems whether it unwed motherhood illegitimacy, the communal feelings or an adulterous affair in ‘Dhool Ka Phool’ and ‘Ittefaq’. Home Production Company He broke away from BR Films and launched his own film production company with the name of Yashraj Films. Under his home production he started with the film ‘Daag’. Eighties, with Amitabh Bachchan was one of the best phases of his film career. ‘Deewar’, ‘Kabhi Khabhi’ except many others are his films with Amitabh that have always influenced the viewers of all generations. ‘Darr’, ‘Dil To Pagal Hai’, ‘Dilwaale Dulhanis Le Jaayenge’ were made under his home production that were the massive hits of the times and in which love theme was dealt with different angles. krishna VHP Campaign Recently Vishva Hindu Parishad had announced to launch a campaign against Bangladeshi immigrants living illegally in India. There are millions of Bangladeshis living illegally in India. India is already at number one place in the world as the number of population is concerned .Bangladeshis in such a big number are an additional burden on Indian economy the burden is increasing day by day. Illegal Emigration Bangladesh, ever since its freedom that it got on the initiative of the Indian Military action has remained an unstable country. Most of the population is uneducated and unaware of the modernism. Natural calamities that have happened at regular intervals have added more to the woes. As there is no physical barriers present at the border between India and Bangladesh, people usually come to India in search of better living and get settled down and never go back. This is happening regularly. Major Threat Even millions of illegal migrants have got the Indian voter identity cards .Some political parties for their vested interest never took an initiative against the prevalent menace. These illegal migrants usually get indulged into criminal activities which is a major threat to the civilized Indian society. With the rise of fundamentalist in Bangladesh, thinking of the general Bangladeshis has also changed. They have started to see India through the glasses provided by fundamentalists. Threat to Security According to the striking revelations by the Indian security agencies Bangladesh is the main route through which anti-India elements enter into the country and perform destructive activities. Many Bangladeshis have been arrested by the Indian security agencies for conducting terrorist and destructive activities. Maoists ambush AP Police Team
June 5th, 2008 krishna Ambush Thirty seven personal belonging to elite anti-naxal force Greyhounds went missing after Maoists ambushed a motor launch carrying an Andhra Pradesh police team in the Chitrakonda reservoir just inside the Orissa border on Sunday. The launch was carrying 62 officers and constables when nearly 100 Maoists of the Kalimela dalam of Orissa sitting on two hillocks straddling the reservoir opened fire with rocket-launchers, mortars and light machine guns on the boat. Maoists killed the boat driver, who belonged to the Orissa agriculture department. The police also fired back and during the exchange of fire the fiber glass boat capsized after it was holed due to the firing by the Maoists. Police According to the Police sources the boat sank when to defend themselves the personal carrying heavy rucksacks and weapons moved to the left of the boat. After the policemen fell in to the water the Maoists used country boats to reach them and opened fire. Two policemen and a boat driver were taken hostage by them. Only 25 “swam to safety”, six of them with bullet injuries, rest of the policemen are missing, feared drowned. “Some injured policemen were inside the cabin when the boat capsized. Whether they have managed to escape or have died would be known after the boat is recovered,” a police officer said. Reports There are no confirmed reports about the exact figure of the safe and missing police personal. Director General of Andhra Pradesh Police S.S.P. Yadav told that 10 policemen were injured and 35 were missing after the attack. It was one of biggest and first of the year’s surprise attack on the police squad carried out by State Militia Commission, which was recently constituted by the Communist Party of India-Maoist to intensify attacks on the Andhra Pradesh-Orissa border. In the recent years Maoists had suffered several setbacks when they had lost over 300 armed cadres, including several top leaders. Search operation was launched by fire brigade and police personnel of the states of Andhra Pradesh and Orissa and was later on joined by Navel personal on Monday.
