Indian Political Drama (1)

Sunday, 13th July, 2008

Drama These days every Indian prefers to know the latest political developments in the country instead of the ‘laughter shows’. Reason is very simple each day people see ‘marriages’, ‘engagements’ and divorces with a lot of funny developments. Whether it is ‘Shahbudin’ or ‘Somnath’ every one is worth of ‘crores’. It must be noted that left leader has made allegations against the Congress that it is using every king of means to bring the ‘orphan’ MPs to its side, so that it can prove its majority in the Lok Sabha. One of the Left leader had said that Congress has offered Rs 25 crores to some of the MPs to get their vote.

Equations Congress is in ‘hunt’ and all its opposite political parties are taking no chances to save their ‘flock’. Uncertainty is everywhere. Even Congrees’ ‘savior’ is in crisis as it is not sure about the count of its own MPs. Small parties are in great demand and they are trying to gain to the maximum extent. Mayawati has become everyone’s “behanji”. Equations change everyday. It is not sure that who is foe and who is friend. On of the funniest thing in this whole of the political drama is that Left and BJP are both in the same side. Left have always criticized the BJP and has collaborated with Congress when ever there was any chance to bring down the BJP governments.

Public BJP and Left are against the Indo-US n-deal. They claim that it is against the national interests and public is also against it. On the other hand Congress is claiming that people are in favor of the deal. But how it can be assumed that people are against or in favor of the deal, when most he MP’s have heard the word ‘nuclear’ first time. Government has gone ahead with the deal even without the proper discussions in the Parliament and now the test is scheduled to be held on July 21.Even on that ‘fateful’ day there are very few chances of discussion on the n-deal. It will be known only on that day that who is ‘loyal’ to his side though it is not clear that which side is loyal to its stand.
