Blast Illegal Bangladeshi migrants are becoming a major threat to the national security of India. Indian security agencies have suspected the involvement of Bangladeshis in the recent Mehrauli in Delhi bomb Blast. A bomb had exploded in the Mehrauli area of south Delhi on Saturday evening which two persons had died and more than two dozen had died. According to the eyewitnesses a motorcycle riding due had dropped a polythene containing a bomb in the local market. When a boy picked it up it exploded. The boy and an old man had died in the blast.

Bangladeshis According to the police sources it was a low intensity crude nature bomb similar to the bombs used in 1997-98 in Delhi. Police has denied any link between the September 13 bomb blast in the national capital and the Mehrauli blast. But this incident is of a serious concern. Preliminary investigations have revealed the link between the Bangladeshi migrants and the Mehrauli blast. Delhi police had detained some illegal Bangladeshi migrants who have accepted their involvement in petty crimes. Police had arrested a Bangladeshi national had been arrested in July who was involved in similar kind of last year’s bomb blast in New Delhi. On his instance police had arrested two more Bangladeshi national from West Bengal. These points can not be ignored.

Threat Brahmputra river works like a border between India and Bangladesh. As the river changes its course the border between both of the nations also changes. Floods and erosion makes almost impossible to check the complete migration. In such circumstances lakhs of Bangladeshis illegally migrate to India through the open border. Assam is the worst hit area as illegal migration has reduced the native population to minority. After the sealing of Indo-Pak border ISI backed Islamic militants have started to use Nepal and Bangladesh border as a safe and easy route to infiltrate into the Indian territory. Except it Bangladesh itself has become a major base of Islamic fundamentalism and anti-Indian forces have established their launching pads near the Indo-Bangladesh border. In recent years many Bangladeshi nationals have been arrested for their alleged involvement in terrorist and destructive activities inside India. Most of the Bangladeshis have been found involved in petty crimes like stealing, robbery and snatching etc which indicate their criminal instincts. There are prone to bigger crimes which can make India unstable. Illegal migration of Bangladeshis is an ISI plan which is becoming a big threat to the national security and integrity. If the center government does not take a strict action against the illegal migrants then no power can stop north-eastern states from becoming another Kashmir.
