Maoists Strike Again Kill 12 CPRF Personal In Chhattisgarh

Maoist Attack On Monday afternoon, Maoists again made their presence to be felt when they killed 12 members of a  CRPF petrol party in a forest stretch in Bijapur district of Chhattisgarh. They first triggered land mine blasts and then attacked the petrol party with indiscriminate fire. 12 personal were killed at the spot while condition of 6 persons is being stated to be critical. An extremist was also killed in the ensuing encounter. It is being said that Maoist have also looted the arms of killed personal. It is the second major strike by the Maoists after they had killed almost 40 members of joint Andhra Pradesh-Orissa ‘elite’ police force in June.   Reasons In recent years Maoists’ power has increased manifolds. In early stages they were limited to two or three states but now they have established their bases in more than half of the Indian states.  But some ‘poor’ states are the worst affected. Andhra Pradesh, Orissa, Jharkhand and Bihar are the worst affected areas as Maoists can easily won the support of poor masses. They establish their own courts and provide justice to the poor and deprived people at no coast and punish the rouges in the ‘internal areas’ where government has a very limited reach. On the other hand Government has totally failed to provide relief to the people because of corruption and other political reasons. Maoists use this situation to exploit the public emotions and easily get support and ‘manpower’ for themselves.   Political Reasons Central and state governments are also responsible for the prevalent situation as for many years they have neglected the emerging internal threat and at the same time have done nothing to improve the economic status of the the poor masses. Political leaders of these states are also responsible for the situation as they have done nothing for the welfare of the poor and deprived people and have indulged in ‘corrupt’ politics. In and international ‘hunger report’ India is placed at the 66 no of total 88 nations. It is even behind Pakistan and Bangladesh. When people are forced to kill rats for their food then if some individual or organization provides some relief to the poor then they are easily won by him/it. Though Maoists are emerging as the biggest threat for the integrity of nation they are ‘messiahs’ of poor. In real terms Maoists are not the threat, [...]

MNS Chief Raj Thackeray Arrested

Arrest Mumbai Police arrested MNS chief on early Tuesday morning under various sections of IPC some of which are bailable and some are non-bailable. A Jharkhand court had issued non-bailable warrant orders against him in the wake of attacks on north-Indian railway board examinees in Mumbai on Sunday. It must be learnt that MNS workers had attacked and mercilessly thrashed the north-Indian railway board examinees most of which were from the states of UP and Bihar. Some Bihar youths have claimed that MNS has beaten a candidate to death. His body was brought to Bihar on Tuesday. Mumbai police has claimed that he was killed in a stampede when MNS workers had attacked the north-Indians at a railway station. But the Bihari youths have claimed that MNS activists had beaten him severely and he succumbed to his injuries. Action After the arrest of MNS chief violence had erupted in some parts of the city. Police had to cane charge to disperse the MNS activists who were protesting in Bandra Metropolitan Magistrate Court where Raj Thackeray was produced after his arrest. Police had also arrester some MNS activists as a precautionary measure and also those who were involved in the attempted assault on candidates. It must be learnt that political leaders from across all parties had demanded strict action against the MNS chief for his violent actions. Congress led Maharashtra government was severely condemned by the opposition leaders for its failure to take a concrete action against the ‘militant leader’.   Anti-India Stand Shiv Sana had risen to power using same kind of anti-north Indians tactics during 60s and 70s. Raj Thackeray is following the way of his ‘mentor’. For him Maharashtra has become more important that India. His anti-north policies will only divide the nation. What will happen if north-Indians start to target the Marathies? Raj is using the same method that Bal Thackeray had used almost 40 years ago. But he has forgot that there is a long gap of forty years. Now people have understood the difference between ‘constructive and destructive politics’. Raj must accept the truth that veteran Ship Sena could not become a national leader because of his divisive policies. If he continues with his same ‘anti-India’ approach  then it won’t be wrong to call him a ‘traitor’.

Infamous Human Trafficker Indian MP Expelled From 14th Lok Sabha

Expulsion Infamous BJP MP Babubhai Katara, who was found involved in a human trafficking case was expelled from the 14th Lok Sabha on Tuesday. On Monday a Lok Sabha panel had recommended his expulsion for ‘grave misconduct’. In the resolution he was held guilty of committing an act of grave misconduct which has brought disrepute and maligned the image of the entire fraternity of legislators’. House has completed the ‘ most unpleasant job’ to keep the image of the ‘great institution’ protected. Delhi airport authorities had arrested him in April last year along with a woman and a boy to whom he was allegedly trying to take abroad using the passports of his wife and son. Background He had been elected from the Dohad (ST) seat of Gujarat as a BJP MP. He also was the Distt. President of Vishwa Hindu Parishad from Dohad. After his arrest BJP and VHP had snapped their links with him and had expelled him from the primary membership of the organizations. It has been also said that he along with his son had allegedly participated in Gujarat riots of 2002. He has become the 11th MP who has been expelled from the current term of Parliament. Earlier some Members of Parliament had been expelled from membership because of their anti-party acts. Image Parliament has taken a very right decision which has restored Indian people’s belief in their ‘largest democracy’. Expulsion of 11 parliament members indicate that Indian democracy has a strong will and power to free itself from Katara like ‘criminals’. But India will have to go a long way to achieve this target. But recent months’ developments have presented the adverse view. Cash-for-scam has already shaken the belief of people. Though Katara expulsion has given a little relief to the worried Indians but criminal Members’ participation in the voting for trust motion is a big dent on ‘the image of the great institution’. And for that act, ‘Mr. Clean’ PM Manmohan Singh is also responsible to some extent. Will Indian Parliament take action against SP leader, against whom bribery charges have been made? If wads of currency can reach Parliament then one can assume that politics is the most lucrative ‘occupation’ that is drawing ‘ criminals’ towards itself.
