Manmohan Singh: A person who is known not in India but also in world and worth great respect across the world. He is the one of the most dignified person of India. He is also the first person from the Sikh community who hold this position in the Indian politics. He is the one who hold the office. I think this introduction is enough for this stupendous person of India. This is none another than Prime Minister of India Manmohan Singh who is 14th Prime Minister. He is the only prime minister after Jawaharlal Nehru who resumed his position once again after completing five successful years. Yes, he became second time as Prime Minister on May 22, 2009. First time he was selected as president in 2004. As a prime minister he is playing his duty very well. The administration of Manmohan concentrates more on the general problems of India. They try to find out the reasons of reducing economic growth, and other general affairs. They concentrate more on the debt relief to poor farmer, tax policies. He achieved many achievements which are better for India and Indian people. By profession Manmohan Singh is an economist. Early Age: The current prime minister of the India was born in a Sikh community. He was born on September 26, 1932 in Gah, Punjab. It is now in Pakistan chakwal district. He was one of the children of Amrit Kaur and Gurmukh Singh. He was one of his 10 siblings who were intelligent and determined to get education. The early age of the Manmohan Singh was not so commendable. He belonged to a very poor farming family who was very religious by nature. His father owned a shop of dry fruits. His mother was a religious woman who was god fearing. Manmohan Singh did not get too much affection of his mother as she was died in his young age. His Grandmother took her custody and he was brought up by her. After his mother death he was very close to his grandmother. His family moved to Amritsar when he was only 14 years old. After that he completed his studies in the schools of Amritsar. Since his childhood he is an intelligent and hardworking student. He studied at that time when there was no light in the villages.
