Mumbai Police learn new lessons after 26/11: Mumbai never forgot the 26/11, 2008 attack. It was always remembered in the history of India. Not only Mumbai public but also Mumbai police remembered this date as they have lost many real life heroes on that day. They have lost many police officers who sacrificed their lives to save the country and they always be remembered by India. India salutes such brave officers who never take care of their lives and die for nation. On 26^th Nov 2008, Mumbai was got aimed by a terrorist group LeT. They attacked on the Mumbai most important places like Nariman house, Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus, and the Taj Mahal Palace & Tower etc. Mumbai police is being criticized by public that they did not have proper equipment and they were not well prepared at the time of attack. Mumbai public always criticizes them because of their ill response. According to them if they were well prepared may be what happened was no as worst as it happened.

 Lesson for Mumbai Police:  From attack on 26/11, Mumbai Police learnt many lessons. They not only armed themselves but also prepared themselves to handle the terror situation by taking proper training. In these days Mumbai police is busy to give training to the officers. In such trainings officer are trained on how to respond to the terror attack. They also get training to handle new challenges like how to handle human bomb and many more. In the training, they have been taught how to use latest technology equipments.

Additional Commissioner of police views: According to additional police Commissioner Ritesh Kumar such trainings are for the local police officers. According to him these trainings must be provided to the local police as they are the first who met the attackers and they are the first who have to respond accordingly. So they must know the techniques to control the situation. They must know the techniques of searching and frisk and many more things. According to Ritesh Kumar that in past six days they trained about 1500 police officers and they will plan to train more officers in coming few days.

Police officers got training by expertise: The local police officers are getting these training from the experts in their fields. They are taking training of handling situation from the Intelligence Bureau. They have also been trained by bomb disposal squad to dispose off the bombs in those conditions. The aim of this training is to keep up to date police officers so that they will always prepared to handle terrorism which always used latest technologies equipments.

Mumbai public seems happy: Mumbai public seems so happy to know this. Mumbai public just hoped that these trainings must be helpful in future and the Mumbai police will definitely handle such worst conditions very smartly and successfully.

Omar got clean chit: Few days back Omar was in news for his evolvement in a sex scandle case. The opposition party acussed him. But the current CM of Jammu & Kashmir Omar Abdullah Khan got clean chit from the governor N N Vohra on Friday July 31, 2009. The PDP leader of opposition party Muzzafar Baig blamed that he was evolved in the sex scandal of year 2006. He claimed that Omar was one of the suspects from the list of accused. When Omar came to know about this he was very upset and decided to give resign from the CM post and gave his resign to the governor on July 28, 2009. He said he felt very bad to know such allegation about him. He said if the allegation made by PDP party found true then governor must accept his resignation. He skipped his office and assembly on Wednesday July 29, 2009 and wait for the decision of governor about his quitting offer. National conference supporters thronged his residence and were trying to stop him to take such step. But he did not hear anyone and went to governor’s house with his resignation.

Omar resumes work: He pleaded governor to take necessary steps and found the truth. On Friday July 31, 2009 morning, governor N N Vohra gave clean chit to the Omar and ordered him to resume his work. This proved that Omar is innocent.  The governor took this decision after he got the report of the full investigation. This investigation is done by Union home minister. N N Vohra said that investigation team did their work very well and now it is clear that Omar is honest. He said about this case that after investigation of Union home ministry there was no need to give resigns by CM as he is not found culprit. Omar get back to his office on Friday morning and started his work as usually.

Omar says revenge not his way: The chief minister of Jammu & Kashmir seems very calm and relaxed after he got clean chit. He said nothing to opposition party about his legitimate. He joined his office on Friday July 31, 2009. In an interview Omar said that the allegations against him should be probed. He said he is not getting afraid by the result of investigation. He said he is blameless and after investigation it is proven to all. When he got clean chit, he resumed to his work and also said taking revenge is not his way of working. He said the PDP allegations as false and malicious. He said he had never expected this from PDP. He said he never imagined that the opposition party would stoop so low.

BJP Vs ruling UPA on Balochistan issue: The two parties of India once again stood in front of each other because on issue of statement regarding Balochistan. In a coneference in Lok Sabha which was held on July 30, 2009, BJP the opposition party of India walked out from Lok Sabha on the issue of signing of India-Pakistan statement in Egypt. The ruling UPA party defended the signing statement Sharm-el-sheikh. Pranab Mukherjee, finance minister of India stands by for Prime Minster Manmohan Singh and defended him and said our foreign policy is not based on a sudden step of a political party. He said our struggle against terrorism is still undiluted. We are not compromised Indian’s sovereignty. We are not going to do anything that hurts India sovereignty. At the time of giving this statement Pranab Mukherjee was very aggressive as opposition party continuously vociferously about issues Balochistan and protest against PM. Along with Pranab Mulherjee Manish Tiwari and many other CPP party leader supported Prime Minister and his reply on Indo-Pak statement.

 LK Advani protest against ruling UPA:  Opposition party did not admit with Pranab Mukherjee and other CPP leaders. They protested against the statement signed by India ruling party. The leaders said that they did not believe that ruling party thought foreign policy as an extension of national interest. L K Advani said why government agreed on the joint statement with Pakistan on the issue of Balochistan.  He also added that the government took this step under pressure. The government is pressurized by Washington, DC.

Pranab defends PM, says no option of war with Pak: After listening all such statements from opposition party, Pranab Mukherjee did not stop himself. He is a current finance minister and was external affair minister. He defended prime minister and said all the allegations marked by opposition are not right. He said the foreign policy was an extension of national interest. Pranab added that they have no other alternative except talking with Pakistan but they are not going to compromise. He said they don’t want to erase Pakistan. War is not at all any solution. He also said Pakistan want to be antiterrorist country. Pakistan wants to remove the terror from its soil.

Sonia supported Manmohan: On the issue of Balochistan joint statement, Manmohan Singh is not only supported by Pranab Mukherjee but also by congress parliamentary party. Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi supported Manmohan Singh. Sonia said that The CPP party fully supported PM and welcomes his reply on Indo-Pak joint statement. She also said that the conversation with the Pakistan can be possible only after if it take necessary action against terror or terrorist and promised never evolved again in ant-Indian activities.

Michael Jackson’s mother gets permanent custody of his children:  The decision about Michael Jackson‘s children has been taken. The children of King of pop will be finally living with their grandmother. This is decided in a meeting between Michael’s mother and his ex-wife.  Michael Jackson was died on June 25, 2009 and after his death his children were with his family. Michael Jackson‘s mother wants that she got the custody of the children. The children of Michael Jackson are three. His mother and ex-wife settled this matter out of the court. The ex-wife of Michael Jackson Debbie Rowe who is also a pop star decided that the children can live with their grand mother. Rowe is the biological mother of two children out of three. She accepted visitation rights to see their children. The children of Michael are living with his mother in their house in Encino which is in California after the death of Michael Jackson.

Agreement: They decided about their children in a meeting by accepting a common agreement. According to the agreement which is signed by two of them the Kathernie Jackson, mother of Michael Jackson will be the sole custody of Prince Michale-I who is 12 years old, Paris –Michale Katherine who is 11 years old and Prince Michale-II who is just 7 years old. Katherine will take care of them and the Debbie Rowe will retain rights of legal parents. Debbie Rowe is allowed to meet their children. The lawyers of both group decided to show the agreement to Superior court. They planned to present the agreement in front of Judge to take official approval. They present the agreement in front of Judge Mitchell Beckloff.  He is the same judge who appointed Katherine their temporary guardian.

Katherine is close to children: Katherine said she is very close to the children of Michael Jackson. So she wants to take the custody of three of them. Earlier Rowe had decided to launch a case for taking custody of her children. She decided to fight against them for the custody of her two children but later she changed her decision. When she came to know about desire of Katherine she changed her mind.  After having a deal with the mother of Michael Jackson she got ready to give custody of her children to Katherine. They arranged a meeting in which both have made a deal. The discussion between them for the whole time of meeting was very friendly.  Instead of wrong discussion or false arguments they decided each thing for the betterment of the children. Both said that this deal is done just because of interest of the children which is more important for them instead of give and take negotiation.

Rajmata Gayatri Devi of Jaipur dies at 90: One of the most beautiful ladies till at the age of 90 was no more. This time this is the bad news for the Pink city Jaipur. The Rajmata of pink city has died.  The Maharani of Jaipur was 90 years old. She was the former princess of Cooch Bihar and after that she became the Maharani of Jaipur. Maharani gayatri Devi was always looking very beautiful. The stunner Maharani has its own image in the heart of Jaipur people.  

She was so beautiful even in this age. She was also considered as the world’s most beautiful woman. The coincidence with her death is that she was passing away just one day after the death of actress Leela Naidu. Both were correlating in this way that both were named amongst 10 most beautiful woman of world by Vogue and unfortunately they were died just a gap of one day with each other. Gayatri devi was also recently going through the endoscopy of intestine.

Rajmata came back for treatment from London:  When Gayatri Devi was in London she was complaining about her health. She realized some problem about her health. After complete check up she came to know that she has problem of gastric in London. This problem is related with intestine. So she decided to take cure from London only at that time and stayed in London for her treatment for gastric disorder. She was taking her treatment from King Edward’s hospital. But after few time she felt alone there and expressed her desire to come back to India in her home town Jaipur. She came back in India by an air ambulance.

Rani admitted in Santokba Durlabhji Hospital: After came back from London to her home town Jaipur she was admitted in the Santokba Durlabhji Hospital where she got her treatment. According to IANS she admitted into the hospital on July 17, 2009 and was remained in hospital till death. All her cure was taking care by doctor S C Kala. S C Kala explained that she was suffering from paralytic ileus. She explained this ailment that this problem is related with intestine means one’s intestine stops moving. In hospital Maharani was in ICU. Till the time she was in hospital, doctors were hiding her conditions. They have been secretive about her. They also did not allow any one to see her. Only close family were allowed to meet her. Even they were tightlipped about her discharging date from the hospital. She was kept in a private room where no one has permission to enter. She had suffered from the problem in her colon. She suffered from polypoid growth in her colon.

Pak admits role of its nationals in terror attack: Pakistan, a name which is always alleged by whole world for their support to terrorism. It is clear in the whole world that Pakistan always supported terrorism and give shelter to most wanted terrorist. But Pakistan never accepts this. Pakistan is the neighboring country of India but unfortunately it has not good relations with India.

There is always some conflicts between two countries and that’s result Pakistan always tried to harm India. Last year it also did such things which were not tolerable. They attacked on Mumbai, the economic capital of India and also the most crowded region of India. But this time India did not let them go in any way. The continually pressurize Pakistan to come to some result and finally the real accused admitted her involvement. This is the first time in the history that they accepted their mistake. According to Prime Minister of India Dr. Manmohan Singh Pakistan accepted its role in national terror attack. He said that Pakistan first time admitted his involvement in attacks on India. Manmohan Singh said this on Wednesday 29^th July, 2009. Manmohan Singh gave this statement in Lok Sabha. He said that Pakistan accepted that the terrorist organization that attacked on India belonged to their nation. He gave this reply to BJP during debate on India-Pakistan joint statement in Egypt.

Pakistan Dossier:  Pakistan has submitted its dossier just at last moment. According to Prime Minister when he was leaving for France and Egypt visit at that time Pakistan entered the dossier. In its dossier Pakistan clearly admitted his participation for attack on India. Manmohan Singh said that in the dossier Pakistan briefly described the result of investigation of attacks. This is the first formal written dossier from Pakistan in which Pakistan admitted their participation. In the dossier Pakistan mentioned about all the details of the investigation made by them. They mentioned in detail about the plan and sequence according to which the Pakistan Federal Investigation agency investigated about the case. This dossier also included the copy of first report lodged by them with arrested person’s snaps.

Involvement of LeT: According to Manmohan Singh, in the dossier it is clearly mentioned that Lashkar-e-Taiba is responsible for the attacks on India. All the plannings to attack on India was done by them. LeT planned how, when and where to attack in India to scare India and harm Indians as much as they can. LeT planned where to attack in India so that India gets harmed so much. It is LeT who made strategies how to implement their plans. What are the sources used to accomplish their plan? How these sources will come to India and how they act? All such plannings were prepared by LeT.

J-K Governor rejects Omar’s resignation, asks him to continue:  The scene was created at that time today on July 28, 2009 Tuesday when Beigh the former chief minister accused present chief minister about his involvement in sex scandal of 2006. The Chief Minister of Jammu & Kashmir Omar Abdullah was alleged by a PDP leader about his involvement in a sex scandal in the year 2006. After accused by PDP leader Omar decided to give his resign to the Governor N N Vohra.

He said to governor that they must set a committee to investigate this and accept his resign if he found guilty. Omar was accused in the rape case. A minor girl who was blamed some senior politicians, police officers, paramilitary, and bureaucrats in 2006 for raping her.

2006 Sex scandal: In the year 2006, police arrested a woman named Sabina who delivered girls to the senior officers, leader and a girl from those girls accused some leader and other officers for raped her. Omar was accused that he was also involved in that case.

Omar addresses assembly:  After hearing such allegation against him Omar Abdullah was very upset and he announced in an assembly that he is going to give his resign from the chief minster post. After that he drove to resident of governor. Many political leaders from National Conference and Congress MLA’s tried to stop him and advised him to not take such step. But he refused to listen any of them. He reached at Governors resident at 3 pm. He said he is innocent and his innocence will prove after the result of the investigation.

Governor reply to Omar: The governor said to Omar that he would be able to take any decision after getting full information about the allegations that is against him. He said to Omar that he is continue on his duty till the government come into any conclusion. He said he can take any action only after clarification of the case before that he can not do anything. The governor of the Jammu & Kashmir were on his way to go to Delhi to attend some meeting when he got the message of Omar that he wants to meet immediately.

Omar requested Governor: In his meeting with governor Omar requested him to take every necessary step. He said to governor that he must prepare a team to investigate this blame which is made against him by the former chief minister Muzzaffar Hussain Beigh and found the truth and if he found guilty then accept his resignation. In his resignation letter he also mentioned that the person who blamed him tried to snatch his credibility and self respect from him by saying all this. He also mentioned that he himself want that result came out as soon as possible as he does not want to take any kind of blame on him. He wants his image to be very clear as he thinks that politics should be based on morality and must be clean.

When Salman Khan leaves Farah Khan red-faced!  Salman Khan a name that is still most eligible bachelor in Indian public especially in girl’s community. Few days’ back he was in news that Katrina officially accepted her relation with him. Now he is in news because someone has opened a very interesting secret of his struggling life.

Don’t worry Salman Khan did not do anything for which he is known as angry young man in Bollywood. It was a very interesting secret related with Farah Khan. It was just an incidence which happened at that time when Salman Khan was a struggling actor and struggled hard for a good break. Salman took Farah for audition:  Salman Khan worked very hard in his starting period. He struggled hard to achieve this position. During his struggle, he has faced so many problems, difficulties.  During that period in 1991 he was called for an audition for the movie Maine Pyaar Kiya directed by Suraj Badjatya. He practiced so hard and for giving his audition for the movie Maine Pyaar Kiya in front of Suraj badjatya he took farah Khan with him to give his best. He took her with him so that she could show him few steps before his auditions in front of director Suraj Badjatya. Farah Khan who is a great choreographer was ready to go with him in the audition. She went with him and showed some steps for audition but when Salman Khan performed those steps in front of Suraj badjatya, Farah face turned red after watching his steps. She said it was so horrible that she simply get back from there. She said she hired a cab and get back to home.

Farah in Dus ka Dum 2: Salman Khan’s show Dus ka Dum 2 which is one of the popular TV reality shows always opened the secrets of others. But this time his own secret is opened by the most talented choreographer turned director Farah Khan. The secret was Salman Khan’s dance during the audition for Maine Pyaar Kiya. This experience of Farah Khan has been shared with the public in Salman Khan’s own show Dus ka Dum 2 where she is invited to play. After opening his secret in front of public, Salman Khan started blushing at that time. Farah Khan said it was horrible to see him doing dance at that time. Salman Khan who gave a smile accepted that he did the wrong steps and then later he explained the steps. But whatever had happened, Salman Khan got that movies and after that he became a super star.

Heart valve racket’ in T’puram hospital: It is always said that Doctors are blessed from God and saves the life of the human being by their intelligence. But from few years back, they themselves prove this wording wrong. There was the time when people worships Doctor and meant that they are God for them. But now days, People are afraid to go to clinics of Doctors. They were worried when got operated by them. There were lots of incidents happened till yet which does not only show the insincerity of Doctors but also their greediness like Rackets of Kidney stealing and dispose them. Now again a cheating case of Doctors become highlight. This time it’s a case of heart valve. The latest news that became limelight is that a doctor of Medical College in T’puram cheated a patient. The 38 years old Premachandran was got arrested by medical college police on July 26, 2009 in a fraud case. The allegation on Premachandran was that he collected money from the patient for his replacement surgery.

The son of the patient Sreejith did a complaint against doctor that he charged him 36,000Rs for heart valve operation.  He said a person asked him that he has to pay this amount as price of hear valve. Actually Sreejith was not knowing this that there is no cost for BPL patient for transplanting heart valve. He simply mad a DD of Rs 36,000 and sent to doctor Premachandran. After giving the DD, he came to know that there was no cost for replacing heart valve. It was replaced by the hospital at free of cost.

Medical college Police report: When HOD came to know about this, he was trying to confirm this information from the Sreejith.  HOD of the department wants to know the truth to take further step. The medical college police said they are trying to find the truth of the case. They said they are still finding out whether the doctor Premachandran was a part of racket or he was involved in this case by some negative elements. They also added that they are planning to interrogate the whole case properly and only after that they will come to any conclusion.

Kerala Health Departemnt team: On the other hand, when kerala health department came to know about this they established a team to find out the reality and also the involvement of alleged doctor along with other staff. The case was limelight at that time when Sreejith complained against doctor Premachandran in police station and he was arrested by the police on Sunday, July 26, 2009. The police said he is the only source through which this racket of heart valave case is solved.

Three held guilty for 2003 Mumbai twin blasts: Finally after long period of six years, the Mumbai special court of crime found guilty the three accused guilty. The accused Ashrat Ansari, Hanif Sayed and Fehnida Sayed were convicted twin blasts in Mumbai. They were charged as planting the bombs in two taxis which were exploded near the gateway of India and Zaveri Bazaar. In that blast there were 52 innocents were killed and near about 184 were injured on August 25, 2003. This was the biggest blasts since 1993 blasts case.

The conspiracy to attack on Mumbai was planned in Dubai. The prevention of terrorism Act (POTA) under the supervision of Judge MR Puranik held them guilty. The trio was caught by the police on July 28, 2003 when they planned to plant the bomb in a muinicipal bus in which two people were killed. The three accused are the members of Lashkar-e-Toiba and their acceptance about the blasts explore the Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT).

Panel code against accused:  The different panel code under which they found guilty are 302 (murder), 307 (attempt to murder), 120 (b) (conspiracy) besides section 3(4) (voluntary harbouring  a terrorist), 3(3) (Conspiracy) 427 (mischief causing damage), 3 (terrorist acts), 4 (possession of arms), 4(b) (possession of explosives) etc. of POTA. MR Puranik will hear the arguments of the defense and the prosecutor on the entirely case on the August 4. The prosecutor Ujjwal  Nikam said that the accused must be punished rigidly. He said they must get death as penalty.

Confession of Three accused: The three accused accepted that the conspiracy was planned to save the Muslims. One of the accused confessed that they came to know that some Hindu leaders were planned against Muslim’s living in Gujarat in 2002. And thus we decided to take revenge. We were planned to set our main target to that position where lots of gujaratis are living.

Attack on August 25, 2003: The three acussed along with the two daughters of Hanif and his wife hired a taxi on August 25, 2003 from where they lived to gateway of India with lots of RDX with them in taxi and left the bag in taxi and said thwy would be back after the lunch. From there they hired another taxi and went to zaveeri bazaar and plotted bomb near jewellary shop. The daughter of Hanif was just 16 years old and she was also arrested to become a part of the crime. The other daughter was just of six months at that time. There was two other accused named Mohammed Ansari  Ladoowala and Mohammed Hassan Batterywala who were got clean chit form the POTA as there was no case against them.

Couple found hanging in Noida: New Okhla Industrial Development Area (NOIDA) is known for its outsourcing IT services. Many software and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies have their offices in this city. This city is full of amenities. It is also known as Noida film city. No doubt Noida is famous for its IT sector but along with this it is always in news for some kind of unexpected or undesirable event. There are lots of hurtful crisis happened in Noida which are simply increase the heart-beat. There is daily at least one news about Noida accident in the newspaper.  

To continue its series, the latest news is about two dead bodies found in Noida. These two bodies were found hanging on an electric pole near a water course and a tree. The distance between the tree and an electric pole is about 7 m. A man and a woman were hanging out in sector 15 of Noida. The age of both was about 26-27 years. It was a mystery who are they? The Noida police are still trying to identify the bodies. But according to one report both are husband and wife and from Pilibhit. The name of the deceased is Pappu Katiyar, a driver in a company. According o report the body of katiyar was hanging from an electric pole and his wife was hanging on the tree. According to Noida Police it is still not clear that whether it is the case of murder or suicide. They said it is cleared only after the post-mortem examination report which will they get very soon.

SSP addressed reporters: The Noida Superintendent of police Ashok Pratap Singh addressed reporters and told that they got the information about hanging in early morning near about 6:30 am on July 27, 2009. He said after getting the information they immediately arrived to the destination to know what is happened actually. He also told that there were lots of people near the dead bodies but not a single person was able to identify the victim’s body. They all just saw the bodies in the morning and report to police station immediately.

Noida police description: According to reliable sources of Noida police the bodies were in good position. That is there is not any kind of marks of injury on both bodies. They also told that Pratap Katiyal and Ashok Colony were written on the wrist of the man’s body. But they will still try to find the truth. Police also approaches Pilibhit police to find the some solid identity of two. The fingerprints found from the pole have been examined very carefully to collect some evidence. Police is also trying to get more evidences from the spot to clear the reason of death.

BJP not serious, says Yashwant: Either BJP lost the elections but they always remain in news for something new happened in their party. BJP leader Yashwant Sinha always made a blast on his party. Once again Yashwant Sinha shoots his party by his letter bombs. He points out his party about there non seriousness. He said this in an interview on July 25, 2009. He targeted his party by saying all this through a TV channel. He hit his party by saying that they were not serious at all to know the reasons of their failure. He said there are lots of activities on which we have to work like the reason why we lost, where we lost etc. Yashwant Sinha had given resign and demanded from the party that they fixed the responsibilities to different leaders to find out the downfall of party. He said he was disappointed when found they are not any more serious about this. He said he felt bad to know this that party shows no interest to find out the reasons. He said the meeting of post-poll for newly elected MP was not taking seriously and just as casual. This meeting was held on May 31, 2009. He said that it was just an informal meeting. He said in the meeting he wanted to explain the reason of their loss but it was so unconcerned by party. He also said that party is not analyzing the poll debacle.

Yashwant didn’t attend Lok Sabha: Lok Sabha organized a meeting. This meeting was based on Union budget. Every year Yashwant Sinha participated in this debate. But this time Yashwant Sinha did not attend the debate in Lok Sabha and when Yashwant was asked why so then he simply said the party did not approach him for the debate. According to him, he had no idea about the meeting. No one asked him to attend the debate. Yashwant Sinha said he was disappointed to know this as he was finance minister and served many budgets. He presented 5 budgets as finance minister. He said he felt bad to not attending the budget debate this year.

BJP minister’s explanation:  BJP ministers did not agree with the statement of Yashwant Sinha. They refused to the statement of Sinha. They said it is not true that we did not approach Yashwant Sinha for participating in Union Budget. They said we approached him and asked him. They maintained their statement and said that they asked him to attend the debate and speak on the budget.

Highest Tide in last 100 years: Mumbai now days have gained a new experience every day. One of them is highest tide. Shocked! But this is the true; Mumbai has experienced the highest tide in last 100 years on Friday 24 July 2009. It was recorded that the waves were 5.5 meters high. On Thursday it was recorded up to 5.1 meters in different regions of Mumbai like Konkan region. 4.15 meters is assumed as extremely dangerous tide but now the Mumbai has experienced more than dangerous tide as the tide was above 5 meters which means directly that it is extremely dangerous.  Due to this tide the low lying area on coastal areas of Mumbai experienced water flood.

The areas included Colaba, Worli, Khar, Juhu, Marve, Versova and many more. The waves were so high that it crossed the walls of the places near the sea like Gateway of India, Nariman Point, Girgaum Chowpatty, Worli sea face, Taj Mahal Palace & Tower Hotel. The waves were also affected the other areas in Mumbai. The roads of Mahim, Versova, Juhu and Prabhadevi were also flooded. In some areas the sea water entered into the homes of people which distress the people living there. News is that tide even did not leave the official bungalow of Mayor of Mumbai. The tides were entered into the official Bungalow of the Mayor of Mumbai.  The official bungalow of Mayor Shubha Raul is located at Dadar sea face which is also captured by the tide waves.

MCGM warning: A warning had been issued by the Municipal Corporation of greater Mumbai (MCGM) to the affected areas and other low lying area that they must be alert from the gigantic waves and also advised them to take adequate precautions for their safety. On the other hand the Brihan Mumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) alerts its staff against tide. According to meteorological department there was a possibility of heavy rain during the high tides. MCGM also alert the Mumbai public by advertisement in Mumbai newspaper and other ways. MCGM also gave the details of emergency numbers in the advertisement for the safety of people. The people living in the areas of south Mumbai like Varsova, Colaba and other sea areas have been warned by MCGM.

Precautionary Measures in Mumbai: The different precaution measures are taken to save the life of the people of Mumbai. All fire brigade, Navy, coastal guards are alert to counter the effects of tide. A comprehensive management plan has been prepared to handle the situations like flooding, high tides etc. Closed circuits TVs were installed to monitor the situation of flood-prone areas. MCGM also established 11 hotlines and 34 rain gauges to collect the information of rainfall.

Pak accepts reality, to sign truce with ICC on World Cup ties: After seeing the few days before incidents like attack on Mumbai in India and attack on Sri Lanka team in Pakistan every one has doubt on Pakistan and their security. Along with all International cricket council (ICC) has also decided that the world cup of cricket is no more be hosted by Pakistan. The world cup will be played in 2011. It was planned that 2011 world cup would be hosted by Pakistan. This step is taken by ICC board because of their bad reputation or helping the alarmist. ICC board has no more trust on Pakistan cricket board too. So ICC has decided to move out the matches from the Pakistan and Pakistan has accepted this decision of ICC board. The acceptance of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is mentioned by some reliable resource of ICC board. He said that a formal agreement will be signed between PCB and ICC in a meeting which will be planned to be held in Dubai on July 28, 2009 or July 29, 2009 respectively.

PCB Chairman Assertion: On issue of about world cup matches, a source said that Pakistan cricket Board (PCB) chairman Ejaz Butt accepts that they admit the decision of ICC. He said Pakistan admits the reality and agree with the ICC and other hosts and accept the decision of ICC without creating any problem. He said that PCB chairman said that they have no other option except move out matches from Pakistan as they have been pressurize by ICC and other host of the tournament. He said that the arguments and case of all the other hosted is very strong. So they have no other choice. He said they all wanted to move out the matches from Pakistan so instead of wasting too much money in dollars for case against ICC and others to get back the ICC world cup rights, PCB has decided to settle the matter out of the court. PCB has decided to settle the issue of the world cup matches very peacefully.  

Agreement between ICC and PCB: The settlement agreement will enable the Pakistan to get the full hosting fees that is USD 10.5 million from the ICC for its share. This is the total fees for share of PCB in 14 world cup matches. About Pakistan whether still as member of World cup central organizing committee and other communities or not will be decided in Dubai after meeting between David Morgan the president of ICC and Ejaz Butt. According to reliable source the PCB got the clear message from ICC that if PCB will try to pursue any kind of legal option then definitely it could have to face more problems and also have to face more isolation in the International cricket community. If it will try to create some problems then ICC may block their share till the case is resolved and PCB is not in that position right now. So they decided to accept the ICC agreement.
