US Policy Some analysts had repeatedly been saying that India will be depressed as for as it hoped from the new US president Barack Obama. How our rulers have hoped that all the US policies will get changed as soon as the Obama becomes the president and takes the administration into his hands. It was being hoped that US will change its policy towards Indian sub-continent politics and Indo-Pak relations that has its origins in the cold-war era. America has always helped Pakistan financially as well as militarily to keep the power-balance in the reason and also to keep its influence in the region. We are surprised and depressed in wake of the recent financial help of Pakistan by the US administration. At one hand Barack Obama is talking about friendly and co-operative relations will India and at the other hand US is helping Pakistan with huge financial funds. Except it, it has not been ensured that Pakistan will not use these funds against India. It is evident that Pakistan will follow the same policy that it has followed till now. Before being elected as the president of US, Barack Obama had talked about friendship and co-operation with India. After becoming the President he appointed some US citizens of the Indian origin at some important bureaucratic posts. Recently he had announced in the Egyptian capital Kahira that a new chapter of mutual friendship and cooperation should be opened between Asia and USA. But the question is, does the cooperation start with the financial help of Pakistan by the US government?

Indian Policy USA has always compared India with Pakistan though the ground realities present the picture that there are so many differences that both the countries are incomparable. Both of them have their won strategic importance in the region and should be treated according to that. Buy USA has always followed this policy to keep the power balance in the region which is totally unfair and visionless view of the American government. It has only provided impetus to the arms race in the region and has also brought Pakistan on the brink of a collapsing country. Before India’s independence Indian and US political leaders had influenced each other a lot. Mahatma Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru were praised and liked by the public of America and their politicians of that time. Gandhi himself was influenced by Martin Luther King. Despite all these reasons America has always applied a partial approach in the region. India and Pakistan has remained at logger heads for most of the time since their independence and have fought four wars. During these wars America has always favored Pakistan. It was supported by various US governments financially and militarily. It is America that has given birth to the arms race in the region by selling arms to Pakistan. But India has never compromised with its sovereignty. Indian leaders never accepted America as the bully in the region and desisted away from playing the game according to US tactics. India has always preferred the policy to ‘stand straight and hold the head high’ instead of bowing in front of any foreign power.

Ground Realities Unfortunately, now Indian approach towards USA is not the same as it used to be before and during the cold war era. But America has not changed its approach to this region which is evident from the recent financial help to Pakistan by the US administration. Now India and China are the fastest growing economies of world and are also the biggest rivals of America as for as the economic growth is concerned and on the other end its all-time ally Pakistan is in a very depressed and dilapidated situation and is fighting a civil war that has its origins in the cold war era and the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan. In recent times we have noticed that China has emerged as the new friend of Pakistan. In this scenario US administration also should change its approach according to the ground realities.

Visits India and USA are the largest and oldest democracies of the world on the other hand communist China, economically and militarily, is their biggest rival of both of them in the region. India and China has a long standing border dispute and have fought a war in 1962. These border disputes can turn into bigger conflicts anytime in the future. In this scenario close relations between India and America can stabilize the power balance in the region. We have noticed some minor changes in the American policy towards India in recent times. We can hope that the coming visits of US Secretary of State Hilary Clinton and President Barack Obama will open a new era of mutual understanding and cooperation between both the countries.

The show is hosted by RAM Kapoor a good friend of Rakhi and Ravi Kishan is also participating in the show to help Rakhi for her husband. Rakhi also spend some time with all grooms to know them better. Rakhi is going to take a big decision of her life by this show. The only wish of Rakhi Sawant is that her ideal dream husband will always be supportive and will respect her for what I am. 

The latest update of Rakhi Sawant Swayamvar is Manmohan Tiwari got another chance to spend some alone time with Rakhi. Rakhi allow him to choose a dress for her for date. He has chosen an orange sari for Rakhi.  He gave a spiritual gift to Rakhi to express his feelings. Rakhi became emotional after receiving the gift. They spend a good time there. Both share their feelings with each other. Rakhi was quiet impressed by him. Every day these boys face a new challenge. The latest challenge is test of their will power and fearless attitude. A CEO of Testing system Priya Kumar was there for this test. She tested each boy by giving different task. This task is performed in group of two. So she assembled the groups. Each pair performed the task successfully except Kapil and Ashwin. Kapil denied doing the task. So there group is disqualified. But Rakhi gave Ashwin another chance and performed the task with him. Although they were not successful but every one appreciate her. The second task was related to fire. This task was performed on coal. Every body has to cross the burning area with bare feet. Every one did well in this task. Rakhi also performed both the tasks. After completion of the tasks, time was to eliminate a guy. The eliminated guy was Kapil. Rakhi said she could not see any spark in him. He is not confident about himself and also have not so courageous. Now there is only 7 boys are left in the swayamvar.
