Sania Mirza-Early Life: Sania Mirza is a well known Indian tennis player who started her career in 2003. She is born in 15, Nov, 1986 in Mumbai. Sania was brought up in Hyderabad in a Muslim Family. Her father is a sports journalist. She started playing Tennis at the age of six. Earlier she was trained by her father and other family members. She was rewarded by Arjuna Award in 2004 by Indian Government. She was awarded by Padam Shri in 2006 for her contribution to tennis. Career: Sania Mirja made her debut in India Fed Cup team in 2003. She won all three matches in her debut. She is the highest rank female tennis player in India with career ranking 27 in singles and 18 in doubles. Sania Mirja also won the 2003 Wimbledon Championship Girls double title. She became the first Indian woman to win the WTA singles title in 2005. Sania Mirza Engaged for Marriage: Sania Mirza is one step away from marriage. However Sania was earlier linked to Shahid Kapoor. They were spotted many places together after Shahid split with Kareena. But their relation did not last long. Finally Indian Tennis star Sania Mirja is engaged to Mohammed Sohrab Mirja. Sohrab is a son of bakery business man from Hyderabad and also he is childhood friend of Sania. He is doing MBA in a Foreign University. They both get engaged on 10th July, 2009. The engagement ceremony was held in a Taj Krishna Hotel in Hyderabad. Both families invited their close relatives and friends for this wonderful moment. Sania wore a green and gold color ghagra. The ceremony dress was designed by Nikhil-Shantanu. She looked amazing in her ceremony dress. The famous badminton player P Gopichand, D Purandareswari, and GVKReddy were also invited on this occasion.
