India to maintain database of overseas students: Today in India everybody wants to go abroad for better studies. Indians lavish their all to capture location in global universities. They put their all efforts for this position. But few days back attack on the Indian students in abroad create a question in every body’ s mind whether to go abroad for further studies and take a risk of life or stay here? This question also arises in front of the Indian government as Indian students were treated in abroad very badly. Indian government thinks about it and arrives at a solution. Indian ministry decides to protect the students there. They decide to keep all the information of the overseas students. They will decide to create a database for this process. This database will maintain a record of Indian students living in abroad. After seeing the condition of Indian students there, Indian government decides to take such steps as we always take some serious step only after a mishap. They will plan to make a database of those Indian students who are going abroad for further studies. This database that will prepare also means that Indian student should register themselves with Indian embassies for their security reasons. They will decide to implement this practically as soon as possible. Initiate taken by Indian overseas ministry: After putting pressure on Indian government, Indian overseas ministry takes some initiative to maintain a record of the Indian students in abroad. They decide to create a database in which they will maintain the information of the Indian students. This database will contain the information which will be fed from global universities. A list of Indian students studying abroad will include in this database. This step will be taken by Indian overseas minister to protect the Indian students in abroad. Students will provide all the necessary information including their emergency phone numbers. The aim of preparing this database is to provide security as attacks on Indian student in abroad increases day by day and it is not acceptable by Indian. India has the second largest education market in Australia and all these assaults with Indian are unbearable. Aman Heavy rain continues to knock out Mumbai: Once again Monsoon came but brought lots of problem with it especially for Mumbai. The Monsoon repeats the history again in Mumbai and sinks the Mumbai. Heavy rain in Mumbai disturbed the whole life of Mumbai on July 14, 2009. It was raining too heavily on Tuesday in Mumbai which affects the life very much. The Mumbai public considered July 14, 2009, the most showery day of this monsoon yet. The weather report recorded 240.1 mm rainfall on Tuesday. Last night there was stormy wind which leads to traffic jam in many places in Mumbai. Heavy rain left its impact on almost all areas of Mumbai. Many low lying areas like Dadar, Parel, and Sion have been overwhelmed with water and the situation is very worst there. People were coming out from their houses at least one hour before to reach their destination. Most of the schools and colleges were locked or sent the student to the home before the timings to avoid any accident. Many employees of office had decided to stay at home rather going to office. In the evening the busiest county of the country was so quiet. The Mithi River has also crossed the risk line. The various areas affected due to rain are wadala truck terminus, Maratha mandir. Khar, Andheri subways, govandi and deonar colonies. Municipal officer claimed that every year they spent billions of rupees in Mumbai to handle the monsoon situation but all in vain. Rain continues to sink the Mumbai. Almost all Mumbai is affected by rain except the western line. The service in western line were unaffected by rain. The Meteorological office advised fishermen to not to go into the sea for the next 24 hours. They said it is quiet dangerous to go deep in sea for next one day. Impact on train service: The local trains were late due to blocking of tracks due to water but the situation is under control or can say manageable. The trains are late 10 to 15 minutes. Due to delay in train services, central line is most affected as there is too much rush of daily commuters in morning hours.
