Unique Show NDTV Imagine has shouldered the responsibility of marrying India most innocent and simple girl Rakhi Sawant. All the arrangements of her marriage are being telecasted on the channel in the form of a reality show. Whatever she has done in the past was totally different and has a ‘unique’ place in the eyes of the Indian society. If we look in her past life it becomes evident that she was ‘used’ by everyone who was close to her. Though the reality is she can go to any extent for the promotion or publicity. Though it was the exchange of ‘kisses’ with singer Mika or her determination to give computers to the jailed convicts she used media to its full extent to get publicity. NDTV had started the search for a suitable ‘match’ for her and more that twelve thousands ‘players’ had sent their application to play in the ‘match’ but only a dozen and half were selected to participate in the show. But it is the pity that only five have survived in the race while others had to go because of different reasons. We have seen that after the every show one participant was ousted out of the ‘Swayamvar’. She asks questions to the participants and if they give satisfactory answers then they survive in the race.

Comedy Show A participant had been recently thrown out of the show because he was already married and father of three children. He told that he already had told the organizers of the show that he is already married but they asked him not to reveal the truth and after some days he was ousted out of the show for the same reason. NDTV has tried to present ‘Swayamvar’ as a reality show but public has understood that it is just a drama. But the pity is that pubic takes it as a comedy. Extraordinary questions are asked by her and her possible suitors participate in the ‘khels’ but they look nothing more than a lowest kind of comedy. Rakhi’s extraordinary kind of decisions and actions only prove that she is a mentally disturbed personality and serial organizers are using her defect very cleverly.

Karva Chauth Only five contenders have left in the final and Rakhi took a strange decision to observe the Karvachauth fast for the well being of all of them. And the irony is that four of her prospective mother-in-lays helped her to observe the fast thought actual Karva Chauth festival day is a few months away. The irony did not end here. All the five contenders, too, observed fast along with Rakhi. The fast was broken in the most possible traditional way and their mothers helped them and Rakhi to break their fast. All it shows that now the mothers of the five contenders, too, have came into the ‘battlefield’ to help their sons to win the heart of ‘innocent’ Rakhi.

Show Time ‘Rakhi Ka Swayamvar’ is telecasted everyday except Sunday at 9 p. m. on the NDTV imagine. From the present scenario it looks that Rakhi won’t be able to find a best ‘suitable Dulha’ for her as all the contenders will be ousted from the race one by one. And then the channel will once again start the search. But one thing is clear that this show has fulfilled all their aims. Rakhi will get married without spending a single coin and will also earn from this show. Except it she has got a lot of publicity from this show. On the other hand the Channel has made a very low budgeted serial which has become very popular. 

Meeting In an interview, Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan has told that King of Pop Michael Jackson had himself come to meet him when he was busy in the shooting of his upcoming ‘Kites’ in Los Angeles. Hrithik told that at that day many American had come to see the shooting of ‘Kites’ who told that in a nearby bungalow Michael Jackson is also shooting. But they did not pay much attention to it. But everyone was stunned when King of Pop Michael Jackson himself came to see them in the evening. The unite had stopped the shooting to see him. Hrithik was in his make-up room when Michael entered with his two security guards and introduced himself as Mikhile. It must be learnt that Michael Jackson had become a Muslim a few weeks ago and had changed his name. Michael said that he wants to see some steps that he had performed on the song ‘Main Aisa Kyon Hoon’. He danced and Michael was impressed to see him. God know whether they had actually met or it is just a Bollywood cooked promotional story for his upcoming film ‘Kites’. But it is evident that everyone is using Michael Jackson even after his death.

Homicide behind Death Mystery behind his death is shrouding day by day. His sister La Toya Jackson’s revelation has given a new turn to the investigation of his death. She told that Michael Jackson was murdered for his property worth millions of dollars. It must be learnt that a few days ago Los Angeles Police Chief had told the press that they are also treating is death as a homicide. La Toya has told that she and her family members are convinced that his brother had died because of the overdose. His family believes that it has not been done by a single person but has been done by a group of conspirators who will be benefited by his death. Michael’s property was worth billions of Dollars and was the cause behind his death. 53 years old sister of Jackson told that he was given overdoses of drugs any many Pop stars are the conspirators so he could be kept under constant pressure.There were marks of injections on his neck and arms and it looks that in the coming weeks many facts will come to surface that will prove that he was murdered.

Main Suspect She also told that he did not want to organize and perform in 50 concerts in London but he was being kept under constant pressure to do so. Michael Jackson used to keep around 2 million dollars cash at home but people used to say that he was not rich. According to police investigation and the post report it looks that anesthesia can be the main and primary cause of his death. It is powerful evidence and Doctor Conrad Murray is the chief suspect.

Causalities Afghanistan war has become another Vietnam for the American and ally forces. America has suddenly found itself in a sticky situation. Nor it can leave Afghanistan on its own neither it can stay there for long. As it had found reasons to attack the region, now American and Nato forces are once again finding reasons to get out of Afghanistan with some dignity. In recent moths we have seen that Taliban has closed the only Nato supply route from Pakistan to Afghanistan. Taliban fighters many times attacked the Nato supply convoys and looted the military and other equipments. Many times these convoys were burnt and this happened not inside Afghanistan but in Pakistan that is America’s biggest ally in the so called ‘war on terror’. Taliban guerrillas have almost cut off their supply route which has turned into a bigger problem than Taliban itself. Almost all the American allies in the Afghanistan war are under a lot of public pressure in their countries because of rising causalities among the Nato forces. Number of Nato soldiers are decreasing day by day because of the high causality rate. On the other hand Nato nations are reluctant to send more soldiers and military equipment because of the adverse public feeing to the war.

Afghan People American economy is unable to bear the burden of this war. As the war longs America will have to spend more in this war which can prove disastrous for the American unity as has happened with Soviet Russia. In this situation America is finding itself alone. Though there are many American allies but it looks they are not fighting in this war whole heartedly.  Karzai government has failed to fulfill any demand of the Afghan farmers. Karzai government is dependant on the feudal lords and rural rich people and on the other hand farmers and poor people of Afghanistan are in a ‘class struggle’ with these people and so the poor people and farmers do not like the Karzai government and American allies. On the other hand, government and military destroy their opium harvest which works like the oil in the fire and this war has started to turn into the farmer’s struggle. America’s traditional rival, Russia has once again stood on his feet and has started to bring its former parts (Soviet states) under its influence. First it formed a group of seven groups of former Soviet states that include Kyrgyzstan. For some time their talks were limited to security situations but in the last meeting of this group they have decided to form a ‘Rapid Reaction Force’ which will turn it into a major military power in the future.

Pakhtunistan Afghan-Pak border is almost 2 thousand seven hundred kilometers long which is known as Durand Line. This line was marked under the jurisdiction of British Foreign Minister Martimer Durand. On the both sides of this line Pakhtun community lives. They have never accepted and recognized this border. They have same language, history, rituals and strong economic and social relations with each others. They hate slavery and the interference of foreign powers in Afghanistan. Anyone, who raises his voice against the invaders is considered friend by them and those who lead the war against the American and ally forces are considered heroes by them. This is the same region where Taliban fighters have firmly established themselves and are using the Pakhtun sentiments very cleverly. They have started to demand for a separate state under the name of Pakhtunistan and it looks that it will turn into a reality in the near future. This is the same region which used to be the target of American and Nato forces’ missile attacks and now is under the Pakistani military attack. According to an analyst whatever is happening on the Afghan-Pak border line will determine the future of the war.

Analysts Afghan freedom struggle, led by Taliban has its two aspects. First aspect is the feeling of patriotism and second is the religious mentality. Religious aspect of this struggle has its won negative as well as positive points. Its aspect’s negative points are the establishment of Islamic law, its negative and backward view about the women and other religions. The secular and democratic forces are very weak in this war. What impact they will leave on the post-war politics depends on their strength and popularity during the war. What kind of economic structure will we established is the internal matter of the Afghan people. A Soviet general has admitted that there is no area in Afghanistan that they have not brought under their control. When ever they leave that area the enemy takes over and every thing turns as it used to be in the past. Despite this proven fact Gorvachev wasted three years and at last fled from Afghanistan. Now Afghan analysts have started to say that American and Nato forces are repeating the same errors that had caused the defeat of Russian forces and had destroyed the Soviet structure. Osama too, has not learnt anything from the history and wants to fight at every cost though people of Afghanistan have lost a lot as compared to Osama.
