T20 onslaught has necessitated a review of the ODI format: Cricket is the game which gains popularity across the world. Each genre of human likes to see the match as well play the match. This is the reason whenever any series of cricket starts; they have gone crazy about that. In India, there is little exception. People of India are crazier than any other country. Earlier there were limit on playing match that is there were few series that were played by cricketers and so there was different charm for watching these matches. But now days there are lots of variations in the series like T-20, ODI and many more. It seems the entire year the match continues. This will not only lower down the craze of match among people but also it affects the cricket series. Now people are not watching the series with the same energy and enthusiasm especially with the opening of T-20 series.

ODI format: As today there are many series like T-20 are started which means the same enjoyment for less time. T-20 series are liked by most of the people as they thought they get the same enjoyment in minimum time which saves our time. Earlier what happened that to watch a match entire day was wasted as it started in the morning and end in the evening. But now days T-20 like series which limits the cricket matches is not at all time consuming. But according to experts T-20 format make necessary to other cricket format like ODI to review their terms and rules. Most of the people like to watch T-20 series instead of ODI and above all the reasons which are given by them is found very true. So the board has to think about the ODI format once again.

Is it necessary: This is the general question that is there any need to change the rules or format of ODI or it is just because of another series affect this. If take a review then there are still many people who like to watch the same old series as they think that no doubt T-20 is for less time, but the real charm of cricket is seen in only ODI format. Now people prefer T-20 series because of their shortage of time, but if want to take the real enjoy of cricket, ODI is best format. In short there are mix reaction about this and this is now only up to cricket board administration that what they will decide. We hope that what decision they will take is according to public review and people will agree with them. So just hope for the best that whatever the decision will be, people will continue their enjoyment.
