Dad was a good son Pa Abhi: An amazing thing that is going to be happened in this December is son will become pa of his father. This unique concept was come into industry first time and creates a history. This is the first time that a father becomes child of his own child and this great experiment is done on none other than industry’s most talented super star Amitabh Bchchan and his son Abhishek Bachchan. They said they both are also very excited when listen about this idea. The director R Balki said this idea came into my mind at that time when one day I went to the Big B office and saw Abhisekh was in very serious mood and his pa was behaving like child. At that time suddenly an idea clicked in my mind and I shared my thoughts with both of them. They like the idea and we decided to make a project on it.
R Balki: R Balki is one of the super talented directors of the industry who earlier worked with Amitabh Bachchan in Cheeni Kum. No one has doubted on it and this is the reason that Big B and AB decided to work with him. Director of the movie fascinated that it should be a great idea and he decided to give Abhishek Bachchan a politician role that has special child. This is great excitement for all of us and we are eagerly waiting for this movie. He said for this he searched a lot and finally come to know about disease Progeria. I read extremely about this disease and came to know that there are only 40-odd cases of children across the world who is afflicted with this disease. He said then I took the decision to take it as it matched with the concept that I had in mind. He said in a way I can say that I found the concept of the movie first and after then went for a disease to match it.
ABCL production: The movie will be produced under ABCL Production Company and in this way the company will return to Hindi cinema after a hiatus. When AB was asked then how did he feel being playing role of his father’s father, he said it was a unique experience. He said I chose it because this unique nature of role. He also added that when Balki was first spoken to me about this film and told us about the concept in his in mind, I immediately told him that I am ready to play this role. He also said you do not get chance every day to play the role of father’s father. He also said my father was a good son and I enjoyed a lot with him.
