21-year-old’s huge poker payday: In Las Vegas, casino games are very popular. People in Las Vegas are very much fond of playing these casino games. Before him 46 years old Darvin Moon was in leading position, but the luck was with Joe and so he won the game. Cada said he is very happy (very obvious) and said I played very well and yes, I never thought that this could be possible. He also mentioned that this is my one of the dreams and I am thankful to God that it comes true. With this game, Cada broke the record of the youngest winner. He is 340 days younger than the previous winner. This record was hold for past two decades by 11 time gold bracelet winner Phil Hellmuth. This is a great moment in our life and I am so delighted that I won this game. His mother is also very happy and loved her son when got this news. His whole family is very happy that he won the game and broke the record of past 40 years.

Moon was second: There was a neck to neck competition between Cada and Moon and it was very difficult to decide who will be the winner. At the beginning, Moon was so well and it was confident that he will be winner, but suddenly the luck changed and Cada will started winning and finally won the game. This is great news for his whole family. Moon won $5.18 million and took the second place. He said at the moment luck was with him and he won, otherwise as the game was flowing from starting, I am sure that I won the poker game. But he said never mind it’s a game and no one can say anything in this that what has happened at what time. I took this defeat in positive way and will try next time to achieve the game.

Air India suspends a pilot and a crew member: What would be the reason that Air India has taken this step? Is it ok that pilots put the flight in auto mode so that they could fight with other crew members and above all what about the safety of passengers in the flight? These are the few questions that came into mind after hearing the news of fight between air pilots and members in mid-air. An Air India airline has suspended a pilot and a crew member due to their ill-mannered behavior. It took this decision as a result of mid-air scuffle on Saturday October 3, 2009. There were four members who were involved in this scuffle. Two of them were pilot and the remaining were crew members. According to resources the airline has suspended Ranbir Arora who is the captain of flight IC 884 and flight purser Amit Khanna.

Cockpit was unmanned: According to Ranbir Arora, the cockpit was totally unmanned. On Monday, October 5, 2009 he used to say that the pilot’s compartment is unmanned because of this scuffle, but there is still some confusion as on the same day he gave another statement in which he directly said that there is nothing happened to cockpit during scuffle. He also added that during the process he has asked the hostess and her friend to go out but when they did not listen then almost I have to push them outside the cockpit. He also told that the whole conversation of Amit Khanna was for 10 minutes and during the conversation he started using abusive language which was not tolerable. Regarding matter of security of passengers, he said we never compromise with the safety of passengers and for this we are for sure. He also said that there was nothing to be happened wrong in the cockpit. He also admitted that the flight was flown over Pakistan and that was unmonitored. He said I apologize for that. Whatever he said now, the fact is this is very risky procedure and it may take lives of all passengers present at that time in the flight. This is the responsibility of pilots that how they manage each and everything during flight.      

Air Hostess met National Commission for Women: On the other hand, the air hostess Komal Singh went to National Commission of Women office. She is the same hostess who is also involved in the scuffle met chairperson of national commission of women.  After listening her, Girija Vyas, the chairperson has said that we are looking for the whole matter. Farmers protest against privatization of electricity: India, a country which sometime is known for its peacefulness, a place where Gandhi Ji was born and gave his life for its independence. This is the same place where now everyday some thing happened which destroy its reputation then either it is related to some mis-happening or just due to personal revenge. Every day something is happened which is just can’t be tolerable. Today on September 8, 2009 it happened again in the very beautiful city of this country. Today in Chandigarh, the farmers protested against electricity department because of its privatization. The whole day was in great tension as the farmers were very hyper and could do anything which is not bearable. They tried to destroy the public property.

Farmers clash with police: There were thousands of farmers who came from Punjab to Chandigarh after hearing the news of privatization of electricity department. These farmers were mainly from the villages near to Chandigarh and came here to stop this privatization. They were in huge amount that it was very difficult for Chandigarh police to tackle them. The farmers were protest for the whole day in front of electricity board department. Suddenly they became hyper and started destroying the public property. When it seemed that now it was difficult to manage the whole situation then police started taking action against them. Farmers were so hyper that they clashed with police and in return police also gave reaction and arrested near about 40 people. Police also claimed against the leaders and alleged them to try to kill and create nuisance.

Police took strict action: The farmers came in many groups there and were stayed in many places like rose garden, in front of electricity board. It seemed that they came here with the plan to destroy and create fear in the common public. This is the reason that they burnt out many bikes. When the situation become out of control and police was unable to tackle the situation with politeness, then it started taking strict action against the farmers. It started beating the negative elements and also arrested many people.  According to police it was the only solution to handle them otherwise they are so aggressive and out of control that it was very difficult to handle the whole situation. By the evening, it was all well handled by police and the situation is under control. The only good thing in all this is there is no physical distortion in all these. Yet some farmers get injured but not at that much level. But this is not at all a good sign for India that everyday something is happened in any of its state.

12^th Rajiv Gandhi Awards: This year this is the 12^th time that this awards have been celebrated in which many achievers from different- different fields is awarded by this great award. To give its distribution, many political members participated in this award function like Vilas Rao Deshmukh, Jyotiraditya Madhavrao Scindia, Shekhar Suman and Mohammed Azharuddin with his wife and many more. There were also many celebrities of film and Television industry present. The full show was conducted by Sh. Charan Singh Sapra. It was full of entertaining function and arrangements done were very good. In these awards the personalities who were awarded include Vineet Jain, Avika Gor, Krushnaa Patil, Sam Pitroda, Rajashree Birla, Katrina Kaif, Abhinav Bindra and Shahid Kapoor. They all express their gratitude to the great personality of the country and feel proud that they have been awarded by this unforgettable award.  

Performances were fabulous: In the award ceremony, many performances have been performed by great stars. The show was hosted by Shreyas Talpade and Mahima chowdhery. They enterteained the guest with their jokes and with this also shoed the real condition of India like a pole which is situated in between rail tracks and many more. The show was started with the performance of Sharukh Khan of small screen Hussain who did a great job and gave message of peace in the country. Along with him, there were small kids who performed very well. After that Isha Deol performed and first time she looked marvelous and very beautiful like her mother Hema Malini (Dream Girl). Then Priyanaka Chopra also performed in the show and she looked as usual gorgeous and confident while performing. Raju Shrivastav also participated and it was having a great time with him as the jokes have been fresh and very entertaining. Finally, the smashing star of Bollywood industry Hritik Roshan performed with his new look which he adopted for his upcoming movie. Vishal and Shekhar also performed in the function. It was their first live performance and both were very excited while performing.

Jeans are a challenge for most women:  Jeans is a very common dress in today’s era. It is considered as most comfortable dress. It can be worn either casually or formally both. The Jeans are becoming the first choice of all kids, young’s, men or women across the world. All like to wear jeans as it is easy to war this cloth and after wearing this every one feels so comfortable and relax. But now days it became challenge for the women to wear jeans. These jeans are available in different styles like low waste jeans, bell bottom and many more. Now the problem is women mostly prefers low waste jeans which they actually don’t know but increase the fats of the stomach and hence after some time it is impossible for women to wear the same jeans or same size jean.

Women do dieting: Women start doing dieting so that they can wear too small clothes that will fit on them. They started doing dieting to lose the fats of their stomach, but according to suggestion f doctors it is not at all fine for women to do dieting to lose wastes as it has some harmful effects on them. Experts also warned the women about all the dangerous aspects of doing dieting. But to cheat themselves they did like this so that minimum waste jeans can fit on them. These experts also added that some women have false hope that they lose some weight by doing dieting, but it is not like that. Dieting is not the way to lose fats from the body. They found jeans as a challenge for them and to win this they can do anything.

Experts advice: According to experts tight fits dresses are not at all good. They advice that wear that which suits on your body and in which you look innocent, graceful and throw away all those which do not fit on you. It is very much true that most of the women are not satisfied with their body figure and wanted to lose as much as possible and for this they do what ever they can, but this is not the right way. Some time it may be very dangerous and risky. Women have to take best care of them and regarding clothes wear those clothes that suits you either tight fit or any thing else. Women started wearing jeans because this is a comfortable cloth and after wearing this, one never feels any kind of irritation. For wearing tight fit or low waste jeans, women started doing dieting so that they could wear skin tight jeans to look smarter, but be careful otherwise there may be chance that instead of looking smarter, there is happened which never expected as dieting is never recommended by the doctors or experts.

Girl with 92% kills herself over LSR seat: Another horrible death because of not getting admission in a reputed college. Every year we heard much news like this that an innocent student just does not get the admission in its choice of college/school and committed suicide. Now this year, it happened again. A girl belonged to Gurgaon was committed suicide because she did not get admission in Lady Shri Ram College. The girl whose name was Kritika Khanna scored 92 % marks in her XII class and had full hope that she would got seat in LSR seat. She cleared her class XII board exams from the Shri Ram School and got high score, but despite of this she did not get admission in LSR. She was very disappointed to hear this that her friends got admission in the same college but she did not and remained in depression because of this and on Friday night August 28, 2009, she flung herself from her 11^th floor balcony flat in front of her family members.

Kritika Family remained silent: On the suicide of Kritika, her family did not say much about this. When they were asked by the incident, they did not explain the situation as they all were in great shock. They did not expect this that Kritika can take such step and get died. But they said this that she was very much disturbed because of not getting admission in LSR. She was in depression and did not except this thing. They told to the police that the reason behind suicide was pressure on her as her all friends got the admission in LSR and only she got admission in Jesus and Marry College in Psychology department. This was the reason she took such a hard step.

Gurgaon Police statement: According to police officer she was in balcony with her brother and mother in their apartment in DLF city’s regency park. Suddenly she plunged from the railing of the balcony. All the family members were in shock and for a while did not get what is happened actually. They took a minute to understand the whole situation and to accept that their daughter has committed suicide. When this incident is happened a teacher of Sri Ram School was also present there. They all tried to encourage her and concentrate on her on studies. The death of Kritika Khanna has again proved the achievement-pressure on young generation. Every year, families has suffered from this situation a their children worked hard to get good marks so that they have got admission in good colleges to make their future bright, but when they got disappointed then take such steps which hurt their parents a lot.         

TV is a bad teacher of yoga: Yoga in these days is considered as the best medical cure but according to experts doing yoga while watching Television is not at all safe as it may cause problem and instead of cure, it may be dangerous.  According to president of Satya Foundation, Yogi Shri Ashish Chatterjee, Yoga needs proper concentration and instruction. While doing Yoga, two-way communication is best. Doing yoga while watching TV may not be suitable as even a single wrong movement may create huge problem. Yoga is Indian traditional practice related to medicine. Chatterjee also claimed that Yoga on TV just spoil the image of this spiritual activity and its effects. Although he admitted that TV helped to explore yoga in world yet it is also distorting its image.

Experts warn public:  The result of doing wrong yoga may cause problem.  According to orthopedic surgeon Manoj Kumar of Moolchand Hospital there is increase in number of patient that do yoga by watching TV and suffered from injuries. This is just because they do not perform proper steps or doing inappropriate postures. According to him there is almost three or four patient comes every week because of this. Another yoga specialist R S Bhogal also admits with Kumar and said this is absolutely right that doing yoga with TV is not good. He said people can either overstretch or too much contract by doing just watching TV which is a serious matter as it hurts the body parts and person may suffer from serious injury. Bhogal added that although it looks that it is very easy to do yoga but actually the truth is reverse. According to Yash Gulati the senior orthopedic at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital it is not necessary that a single yoga posture can benefit all. So it is necessary that before doing yoga, once consider any expert before practicing. He also said that yoga depends on various factors like age, physical condition etc.

Results of doing wrong yoga: According to a survey there are many people that every day does yoga by watching TV. The main reason is that it is an easy and always available source. They do yoga accordingly but as the experts said each person has its own body conditions like age, physical condition. But sometime there may create trouble while doing this and sometime may also suffer from serious injury by doing wrong yoga. According to an MBA student she started doing yoga through TV. She was very excited to know that she did yoga from home without going anywhere. She said she started practicing every morning but after few weeks she got injury in her pain and took long time to recover.  

Chandrayaan-1: ISRO loses contact, claims mission ‘over’:  This is definitely not good news for all those who worked hard to know or research about aliens in space craft. They worked desperately day or night to know about their life style. Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) lost communication with space craft and with this, its ambition to contact with aliens in space craft almost diminishes. India was trying to contact with them from past two years and finally started its journey ten months before. It launched the mission by naming it Chanrayaan-1. Now after 10 months of its journey, it suddenly came to an end at that time when it lost connection with the spacecraft. They lost connection with them on Saturday August 29, 2009. This really disappointed them after all it was the hard work of ISRO of last two years. According to M Annadurai, the project director of Chandrayaan-1 is now over as they have lost connection with them.  He also claimed that all the technical work of this project was done well and not only well it’s 100%, scientifically it also 90-95% complete.

Chandrayaan-1 launch: This dream project of ISRO was launched in last year in October 22 with full excitement, confident and joyfully. They had full hope that they will get succeed in this project and able to make communication in space craft. They worked hard on this project from past two years and after two years with full preparation they launched the project. Everything was going well till August 29, 2009 1:30 pm. They suddenly lost their connection in afternoon and ultimately the whole project gets diminished. It was launched from Satish Dhawan Space Centre by PSLV-C11. It has completed 312 days in orbit and making 3, 400 orbits around the moon. NASA also wanted that this project should complete successfully and it also helped and joined them to help them.

Chandrayaan-1 achievement: Last month, it had sent lots of images of lunar surface near about 70,000 images were sent which was had just breathtaking views of lunar surface. These images include mountains and craters especially Moon’s polar region. It was also collecting vital information about the space craft including the detail of chemical and mineral content available on the moon. On August 21, 2009, ISRO and NASA jointly performed an experiment that Indian space agency could find additional information about the existence of life in North Pole of the moon. They also wanted that Indian group could find the existence of ice permanently in same region. The aim is to know maximum about the space raft life and their valuable contents which might possible could be useful for earth, but unfortunately, with the fail of this process all desires were almost finished.

Interpol issues Red Corner Notice against Abu Hamza: Finally India has taken a strong step against Pakistan based LeT terrorism group and issued a red corner notice against Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorism group on Wednesday August 26, 2009. They issued red corner notice and blue corner notice for all the accused including in the 26/11 Mumbai attack. Interpol issued the red corner notice against the terrorism group for Mumbai attack on 26/11 attack last year in which many people were killed and injured. Interpol issued this notice against Abu Hamza who was main accused of this attack. The allegation on him was that he was the one who taught 10 terrorist to sent India for the attack. He trained them and helped them to reach to India via Karachi.

Kasab revealed the name: Ajmal kasab who was the only arrested terrorist of the attack revealed many names that were responsible of this attack. He mentioned all the names of the terrorists during his trial, with all this he also admitted his crime and appeal court and Mumbai public please hang me as I did a great mistake. He named all the accused of attack. The names of the included terrorist are Abu Hamza, Abu Jindal, Abu Qama and Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi. These are those persons who saw all those attackers when they boarded a ship at Karachi. Abu Hamza was the one who gave them full training which included how to attack on India, how to place bombs in taxi. They prepared 10 members for this attack and send them India for attack. He trained all 10 with full preparation so that they did not do any mistake during attack, but their bad luck and India’s gud luck a criminal is caught in that attack.

Red corner Notice: The Interpol had issued red corner notice against LeT chief and founder Hafiz Muhammad Saeed and mastermind who planned the attack on Mumbai. He made the whole plan that how and when to attack, where to attack so that India get more hurt and finally decided Mumbai the financial hub of India to attack. Interpol issued notice against him and many others. They also issued notice against Saeed who is 50 years old and Lakhvi who is 48 years old. They issued red corner notice after the Mumbai court decision. Mumbai court decided a non-bail able warrant against both of them for their participation in 26/11 attack on Mumbai. Muhammad Saeed was the same one who was also a suspect of Global United Nation global watch list. Along with this red corner notice, a blue corner notice is also issued against 19 people. Col R Sadat Ullah, Pakistani army personnel is also included in these 19 people.  

Madras High Court judge offers to declare his assets: Another judge offers to go public. This is happened second time in the country that a judge has offered to declare assets. Before him already a judge did it. This judge belongs from Chennai. According to chief justice it is not happened mostly that a judge do this. Most of the judges don’t want to declare his assets publically. Then what does it mean? Is it any kind of competition between judges or something else? What is this exactly? According to rule, every high court judge has freedom to declare their assets, but not for all courts it is applied. As far as concern of Supreme Court then there is some general agreement on this.

K Kannan declares assets: The first judge who is what we called a leader of the team of declaring assets is the judge form Northern side. The judge is from Punjab and Haryana high court K Kannan starts this trend. He wants to go in public with the wealth. He wants to share his assets in public. He declares all his assets including assets owed by his wife. The chief justice called him a publicity-seeker who has not stopped second judge to do the same.

Parliament views on this: According to parliaments like politicians who declares their assets to public, judges should be obliged to share the details of their assets under the Right to Information Act. It is their personal choice that they want to share the assets in public and they have to as the people came to know about the actual assets of a judge.

Some Judges disagree: As there are always some negative elements, it is very common that all judges do not agree with this. Some of them disagree and said that disclose of their assets in public is not done. The property must be disclosed in front of some reputed parliaments members only and not in front of every body. Accordingly, the property of Supreme Court Judges is disclosed in front of President of the India and the assets of high court judges are disclosed in front of Chief Justice.  

Summary: So what will be the conclusion of this either every judge shares his assets or not. According to experts, it is very rare chance that every judge agrees with this and follows the procedure on their own till they are made to do so. It is still an issue which has been going in for one year. According to Governor of committee for Judicial Accountability, parliament has to taken this matter seriously and has taken some serious steps. Parliament has to make some new laws or rules regarding this issue so that it is solved.      

Gujarat HC forms team to probe Ishrat encounter:  Finally on Thursday August 20, 2009, the Gujarat High Court formed a three member committee to investigate the Ishrat encounter. High court of Gujarat selected this committee to solve the case of a victim who is encountered by Gujarat Police in 2004.This committee is headed by an Additional director general f police (ADGP) rank officer. The committee is going to investigate 2004 killing in an alleged fake encounter done by Gujarat Police. Justice Kalpesh Jhaveri ordered the committee after filing petition by Ishrat’s mother Shamina. The committee is the result of the petition filed by victim’s mother. He also ordered the committee to submit the report before November 30, 2009. This the second case entered after the case of Soharabuddin Sheikh fake encounter by police.

Ishrat Jahan was killed by police:  Ishrat Jahan belonged to Mumbai and this innocent person was become the aim of the police’s gun shot in June 2004. She was killed by Ahmadabad police in an encounter. Along with her, there were three other persons was killed in June, 2004. Police DCP D GF Vanzara claimed that all the four had linked with Pakistan based terrorist Lashkar-e-Toiba and they were come to Gujarat on a mission to kill Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi. This is the same DCP D G Vanzara who is prime accused in the Soharabuddin Sheikh encounter. Soharbuddin was also killed in a fake encounter by police.

Shamina demanded compensation: Shamina filed the petition for justice and she is confident that court will do full justice with her and her died daughter who was died without any reason. She said my daughter was innocent and all the allegations on her were wrong. She had no concern with any terrorist group. She demanded that all the accused must be punished by the court. Ishrat jahan’s mother demanded compensation for killing her daughter in a fake encounter and blamed her unnecessarily. The encounter was carried out near the Kotarpur waterworks. The other victims who were killed in this encounter were Javed Ghulam sheikh, Amjad Ali and Jisan Johar Abdul Gani.

Committee Members: The committee who tackle this case is led by state ADGP Pramod Kumar. Along with him the other two members of committee who are selected by the Gujarat High court are general Mohan Jha and deputy inspector general J K Bhatt. Justice Kalpesh Jhaveri ordered to furnish a list which include senior most additional ADGP level officials to the court and after that court will decide who will going to handle this case. And court has chosen the three matured members from that list and ordered them to solve the case and submit the report till November 30.

Young students forced to donate blood: A dreadful scene that just shivers the body of any person who has heart. Now this is the limit of Kalyug. Young students were forced by school administration for donating blood. The under aged group students are generally not allowed to donate blood as they are not fit for this, but because of some personal reason, people did not worry and breaks the rule due to which these innocent students had to suffer. This is the story of the innocent school going students of age near about 14 or 15 years in Jaipur near by village Chomu on Thursday August 20, 2009.

MLA Commemorate Rajiv Gandhi: In the village Chomu, a blood donation camp was organized to commemorate the birthday of the former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi. To give him tribute, they organized this blood camp. And the politician wanted large turn-out through this camp so for this they broke all the rules and regulations for donating blood and allowed to donate blood under age group. And the result was some students who did this either because they were helpless or forced get hospitalized.

Student admitted in hospital:  Anil Sharma who is just 15 years, was hospitalized and still unconscious in hospital was forced to donate blood and not only he, along with him there are about 50 more students were also forced to do the same by school administrators. According to his father, Anil was told them that he was only 15 and not eligible for this but they entered his age 19 and took his blood. He also added that my son was recently suffered from jaundice and he too told this to them but they did not care about anything and just took his blood. Another four students who gave their blood was seriously ill. Anil’s father also said that why did they do so and why they take the risk of teenager’s life. His son is still unconscious and he is very upset with this.  

Students bribed for donating blood: One of the student from the same school told that even some friends of his was bribed by them for donating blood. When they said they are just 16, on reply to them panel said even 14 years student can donate blood and you all are 16, so you can also. With this they also bribed them that they will give money, food and a certificate if they donate blood. On all this politicians said that it is not their mistake and they did not do this at all. They simply blamed doctors who took blood. They said if they knew that the donator was not legally eligible or under age, than why did they allow them to do so.  

Child artist’s mother held for beating minor housemaid: Another case of abuse of domestic help has been highlighted in the same region in past three months. This is the case of burning a minor housemaid because of eating food without telling the house owner. Before this Actor Shiney Ahuja was nabbed for raping his maid servant in June and three activists of MNS were nabbed for gang-raping a minor in a garden. These all instance has been happened in the Andheri region of city Mumbai. Urvashi Dhanorkar is the accused who brutally assaulted her 10-years old maid Rameshwari because she had been caught eating the food without her knowledge. She beat her and burnt her innocent child.

Police arrested Urvashi Dhanorkar: She was got arrested by the police on Saturday August 22, 2009 on complaint of the Rameshwari. She was accussed of locking up the child at home, employing a minor as a labourer. She was arrested by Amboli police station officer in Andheri West. The officer also revealed that Rameshvari was brought to Mumbai to give some higher education, but instead of that she was forced to do work as a maid and she started working in the Urvashi’s house. Rameshvari said she was not treated well there. Even they did not give her proper food to eat. She also told that she has been tortured physically from last few months. According to police officials Urvashi has been booked under child labour act and relevant section of IPC.

Rameshvari statement: About her beating, Rameshvari said she has been tortured by family from last few months. She was badly treated by the family members and even had lots of restrictions on me. I was not allowed to go out. This is very rare chance that they allowed me. Also they did not give me proper food to eat and I worked day or night starting from their awaking till they all go to sleep. But on that day, Urvashi the house owner beat her badly. She banged me into the wall and my head gets injured. She did not stop there. After that she burnt my arm. This is not enough, and then they confined me at home and after two days. After two days, I got chance to come out. When I came out I was badly injured and feeling weak. After that few neighbors helped me as they saw and knew the entire incident. With the help of those few neighbors and social activist, I came to police station in the late night and told the police the whole incident that happened with me. Then police took sudden action and arrested Urvashi after listening this. It is also said that one of the son of her was a child actor.
